Whether you want a relaxed afternoon exploring the local stretches of the Mississippi River or need a fast, straight-tracking hull to cross open lakes on a weekend trip, our kayak fleet is outfitted for stability and comfort. We carry both versatile recreational boats and true performance sea kayaks.

Every Kayak Rental Includes:

  • Properly sized kayak paddle (Two for tandem models)

  • Transport Canada approved PFDs (specifically designed for paddling comfort — must be worn on the water)

  • Full safety kit (heaving line, bailer/bilge pump, and whistle)

  • Complimentary foam blocks and cam straps for roof transport

Sit-In vs. Sit-On-Top — Which Kayak Is Right for You?

Sit-On-Top kayaks are self-bailing, stable, and easy to hop onto after a swim, making them great for warm summer afternoons and relaxed recreation. Sit-In kayaks place your center of gravity lower, keep you shielded from spray and wind, and are better suited for cooler weather and longer paddling routes.

We carry varied shapes and heights of foam blocks to support kayaks with or without an existing roof rack. Our staff will walk you through strapping down your boat using our provided camlock straps. Please note that ratchet straps are strictly prohibited to prevent crushing or deforming the hull.
