  • Orders are typically picked and ready within 24 hours.

  • We will email you as soon as your gear is packed and waiting for you at the front counter at Ottawa Valley Canoe & Kayak.

  • Please bring a piece of ID matching the order name when you arrive.

Because paddling gear varies wildly in size and weight, standard courier rates can fluctuate drastically across Canada. We process all shipped orders manually so you only pay the true freight cost.

How to get gear shipped:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@ovck.com or call the shop at (613) 832-2569 with a list of the items you want and your shipping address.

  2. We Quote You: We will calculate the exact Canada Post or courier rate for your box.

  3. Secure Invoice: If you approve the quote, we will email you a secure, custom invoice that includes your gear and the exact shipping cost. You can pay this invoice safely online via credit card, and your gear ships immediately.

Canoes, Kayaks & SUPs (Pickup Only)

At this time, we do not ship hard-shell canoes, kayaks, or stand-up paddleboards to residential addresses via standard freight.

All watercraft must be picked up at Ottawa Valley Canoe & Kayak.
